Exclusive opportunity! Our client is looking for a driven and talented CRM Manager to join their highly successful fashion company, based in Manchester. This is certainly not an opportunity to be missed!

Our client is an international company who are on the hunt for fresh talent to become their new CRM Manager. The brand is a fast-growing fashion phenomenon who are taking the industry by a storm. This exciting opportunity will be perfect for a motivated individual, with a get-up and go attitude.

The successful individual will be responsible for creating and implementing a CRM strategy as well as working with other departments in the company to ensure the CRM strategies are meeting the chosen targets. With a minimum of 5 years’ experience, the successful candidate will have confidence in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and managing numerous teams.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the CRM Manager:

  • Prepare and deliver the CRM strategy ensuring that the brands goals are met.
  • Be responsible for the implementation of loyalty programmes and analyse the performance.
  • Identify and evaluate industry trends on a weekly basis.
  • Keep updated of the trends to identify improvements for the CRM programme.
  • Work closely with other departments to identify how CRM can add value to the business.
  • Collaborate with external customer services team to ensure a good level of customer communication is kept.
  • Create and deliver CRM campaigns on a variety of platforms and be confident to identify how the strategies have led to the campaign's success.

Key skills and Attributes for the CRM Manager:

  • A degree in Marketing or a similar subject field
  • 5 years’ minimum experience in this or a similar role
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident in building strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to motivate all team members to ensure goals are achieved
  • Comfortable in managing creative, technical and strategy teams
  • Have a positive approach to present ideas to senior members of the company
