Brand New Opportunity! An innovative and successful company based in the heart of Manchester City Centre is looking for a highly skilled CRM Manager to join their team and bolster their digital department.

With their trendy offices based in a prestigious location in Manchester City Centre, the successful candidate will be just a stone’s throw away from excellent transport links and a plethora of shops, bars and restaurants. Our client is a thriving B2B business who specialise in trade throughout the world and their success continues to grow, they are now looking to hire a talented CRM Manager.

A key element of the CRM Manager role will include contributing to and executing the overall digital, marketing and sales strategies by taking full responsibility for all CRM activities. The CRM Manager will also be accountable for utilising CRM tools in order to manage and track direct communication with customers in order to drive ROI and increase customer loyalty. Our client is looking for a hands-on individual with expert knowledge of CRM tools and techniques combined with the ability to effectively mentor a team.

The Main Responsibilities of the CRM Manager:

  • Take control of the company’s overall email campaign calendar in order to ensure all targets are met
  • Manage all email communication campaigns for all sub-categories of the business, including newsletters, adverts and promotions
  • Ensure all sales are maximised by effectively managing trigger email campaigns via the customer lifecycle
  • Oversee mobile SMS communications as well as devising campaigns for pushing notifications on the business app
  • Plan and deliver a successful segmentation strategy for the customer database whilst working closely with the design team in order to create innovate email marketing campaigns
  • Produce regular reports which track each campaign and offer ideas for future improvement
  • Make sure that all email campaigns comply with current industry best practices as well as carrying out regular A/B testing in order to identify the most effective email marketing methods

The Key Skills and Attributes of the CRM Manager:

  • A degree in Marketing or a similar subject
  • At least 5 years’ experience working in a CRM role
  • Strong analytical skills combined with excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team
  • Expert knowledge of CRM tools and techniques
