CRM Manager - Greater Manchester - Up to £35,000

The CRM Manager will be passionate about fashion, creativity and marketing, and that you have a solid understanding of current trends and how they relate to the target customer.

Role and Responsibilities CRM Manager

  • Produce and develop the email marketing strategy in line with overall brand and digital strategy.
  • Drive the success of the email marketing channel and other channels including push notifications and SMS.
  • Manage the campaign schedule coming up with effective and engaging content ideas.
  • Manage the AB test plan, running regular tests to improve performance.
  • Building, maintaining and refining automation campaigns (welcome, abandon basket etc).
  • Constructing email templates using dynamic content for segmentation in the ESP template builder (basic HTML knowledge required).
  • Writing engaging and on-brand copy for campaigns.
  • Briefing campaign artwork to the creative team.
  • Weekly reporting on campaign results, presenting findings to the marketing team and suggesting improvements.
  • Management and optimisation of the referral programmes.

Roles and Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a CRM/email/marketing role
  • Creative and able to drive innovation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics
  • Basic HTML for email knowledge
