The CRM Manager will be joining this international business at a crucial period that will give them an excellent opportunity to really stand up and be counted and gain lots of personal growth. The business has built it's empire on being ambitious and their ambitions for their marketing team are no different. They aspire to be market leaders. Their niche products have high potential for growth and this role will focus on both daily CRM activities (improved targeting and consumer communications at all touchpoints) and shaping CRM strategy (drive engagement and retention over all territories).

The Roles and Responsibilities of CRM Manager:

  • Plan and deliver an optimised CRM plan whilst considering the best brand delivery of customers through using the most up to date software and processes
  • Deliver high targeted CRM campaigns across all platforms (e-mail, in-app, SMS and more!) and generate detailed reports on each campaign’s performance
  • Work closely with other departments to make the best use of customer value, and create strategy
  • Support in the implementation of automated programmes with the objective of adding customer lifetime value
  • Keep up to date with CRM innovation and processes and recommend implementing them in the business
  • Ensure consistent brand tone for all customer communications working with design and marketing teams

The Key Skills and Attributes of the CRM Manager:

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role (ideally service led business)
  • Proven experience of working in a CRM team developing and mentoring direct reports
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to engage and tailor the approach to different stakeholders
  • Strong analytics and problem solving capabilities
  • A design-led approach to work with creative teams
  • Capable of managing their workload in order to ensure that all deadlines and targets are met
  • A driven individual who thrives of exceeding expectations!
  • HTML and CSS experience is desirable.
