Want to work for a rapidly growing business in a lovely part of Cheshire? Our client is looking for a CRM Manager to create fun and engaging campaigns whilst developing a cutting-edge CRM strategy!

Our client is the UK’s fastest growing property developer; therefore, the CRM Manager will join a great, successful business! The rapidly growing business ensures all the employees are rewarded for their hard work and takes everyone away annually to Italy! There are also plenty of fun and relaxed times within the business such as BBQ’s on the summer days… when it decides not to rain! The offices are located all around the world but this role will be located in the stylish village of Cheshire, which is less than 30 minutes from Manchester City Centre, with the pretty, country feel you wouldn’t get in the city.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the CRM Manager be working as a part of the wider international marketing team! The successful candidate will be accountable for the planning and execution of all marketing communications via SMS, WhatsApp and Email. They will also be responsible for re-inventing the way the business communicates with both their new and existing customers. Data analysis and segmentation will also play a large part of the role so therefore they are looking for a highly organised individual who can provide highly personalised and effective CRM communications.

The Main Responsibilities of the CRM Manager:

  • Create and develop email marketing, WhatsApp and SMS campaigns utilising resources including ESP and Salesforce
  • With regards to existing and new customers, carry out communication plans which aim to optimise the customers journey
  • By working closely with the Head of Marketing, plan and implement relevant communications which can be used to support wider campaigns
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest CRM techniques and innovations
  • When required, offer assistance on adhoc CRM projects such as technological developments and retention activities

The Perfect Candidate:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ CRM experience
  • Proven experience of using Email Service Providers, such as DotMailer, and CRM databases including Salesforce is essential for the role
  • A sound understanding of HTML combined with an analytical mindset
  • Capable of producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment whilst still utilising email best practices
  • Good understanding of web analytics and customer databases
