An exciting opportunity awaits to really dive into the customer data across the Group to make informed decisions that will allow them to develop strategies on how to manage, segment and communicate with their customers effectively.

The expansion plans include bringing a customer retention specialist inhouse. You will work alongside the co-founder and Head of Growth to propel their growth and develop a full retention strategy. An opportunity waits for the right candidate to get hands on in an exciting and fast-growing business.

Who you are:

They are looking for CRM Manager with experience in DTC to join their team and drive growth within the company. You will have the freedom to execute retention strategies needed to increase brand awareness and retention to hit the growth targets.

CRM Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop a customer retention strategy and roadmap that drives revenue for the D2C brands.
  • Develop a full email marketing strategy.
  • Understand the customer journey and understand the opportunities to engage at the right touchpoints.
  • Understand how to segment audiences to then send relevant targeted messages.
  • Understand what good design and copy looks like so that we are targeting the right people with the right messages.
  • Maximise LTV of a customer.
  • Identify key retention channels outside of email and develop strategies including but not limited to Referral marketing, loyalty programs, direct mail, SMS.
  • Develop a data driven CRM strategy.
  • Develop an understanding of the different customers in our business and dive into our ERP system.
  • Develop strategies of how best to analyse, segment and then communicate with customers.
  • Retain and maximise opportunities with these customers.
  • Make sure customer data is set up correctly, is clean and can be analysed.
  • Communicate with customers through the most effective B2B media channels such as email.
  • Laisse with the wider team and the creative team to deliver the right messages to the different audiences.
  • Communication skills with various stakeholders is vital as is being proactive in gathering all the necessary information needed to support you.

CRM Manager Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing and ideally in a CRM role. (Experience in DTC preferred but not required)
  • An entrepreneurial mindset - you enjoy working as part of a small team, rapidly iterating on strategy, and getting your hands dirty.
  • You understand the brand and what good copy looks. Html skills beneficial.
  • Wider ecommerce/digital marketing skills would be seen as a benefit but not essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, build and execute retention strategies.
  • Work smart, manage your time well and focus on the projects that deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the wider team.
  • Technical and data driven. Be able to make commercial decisions based on the data in front of you.
