Our client is a multi-million pound Ecommerce retailer, focusing on homeware and operating across the biggest online marketplaces like Amazon and eBay. Our client works across a number of international markets including the US, France and Germany with their hub and state-of-the-art office based in the heart of Manchester City Centre. This business is currently looking for an experienced CRM candidate, who can develop the business into a strong independent e-retailer through careful focuses email and CRM campaigns. 

The successful candidate will be part of a large marketing team in their Manchester office and will focus on the overall customer lifetime through clever CRM campaigns and developing the customer relationship over their core brands. The main responsibilities of the role is to analyse key customer data and implement efficient sales strategies and cluster the customer groups enable to target them most effectively.

Responsibilities of the CRM Manager:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel CRM strategies and executive CRM campaigns including the email marketing plan
  • Enhance and maintain the company’s CRM systems 
  • Ensure that the customer lifetime are maximised to ensure profitability 
  • Create valuable insight from data analysis and drive sales accordingly 
  • Run segmentation analysis to communicate best possible to the target audiences and identify new opportunities 
  • Stay up to date the newest trends and developments 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in CRM 
  • Have a degree preferably in Marketing or similar
  • Strong commercial mind-set with a proven track record of increasing online sales through multi-channel campaigns 
  • Excellent knowledge of analysing data and database quality 
  • Great analytical skills and ability to create data-driven strategies 
  • Strong knowledge of CRM practices and up to date on newest trends and developments 
  • A driven and motivated individual 
  • Skilful in project management and manage budgets and timelines 
  • Be proactive and have innovate and create ideas 
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong attention to detail
