Our client was once a bedroom start-up and has now grown to become a rapidly expanding business which is 4 years old. It is an ambitious and passionate team and they are now looking for hungry and driven candidates to join them on their quest for further success. As a business, they are looking for someone to join the team and challenge the future of CRM within the business. The CRM Manager will be responsible for growing the company’s customer base by turning them into advocates for the brand. This is a brand-new role and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to unleash their creative flair! Working with the marketing department and the product development team, the CRM Manager will be accountable for designing, developing and executing all the automated customer activities. They will also be required to build the CRM function.

The Key Responsibilities of the CRM Manager:

  • Plan and develop the business’ CRM strategy including messaging, segmentation and frequency
  • Manage the automated platform in order to increase product engagement
  • Develop targeted acquisition campaigns and utilise them to grow the prospect base
  • Generate an engagement and retention programme whilst also creating a reactive communication that responds to customer behaviour

The Key Skills and Attributes Required:

  • At least 3 years’ experience working in consumer marketing
  • Previous experience working with creative agencies would be advantageous
  • Proven track record of delivering successful CRM strategies
  • A strong commercial acumen
  • Highly analytical combined with a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
