CRM Executive – Greater Manchester - £25K – Sport industry

Our client is a fast growing brand in the sports industry and they are looking for an individual who can focus on segmentation, targeting, and enhancing the customer journey. They are based in a state of the art office in Greater Manchester, which is great if you’re commuting from either Liverpool or Manchester. Customer loyalty is one of the most important growth factors for this company, so they need someone who has the ability to increase conversions and the lifetime value of their current clientele. 

The CRM Executive will get excellent responsibilities, so they can grow in the role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the whole customer life cycle and execute creative campaigns across various channels, which is developed together with the Communications Team. Our client is looking for a talented CRM professional who put customer loyalty at heart and constantly wants to develop new strategies to enhance the customer journey. 

Main responsibilities of the CRM Executive:

  • Work closely with the CRM Manager and Product Manager to develop creative campaigns to enhance the customer lifecycle 
  • Run segmentation analysis to improve the database with VIP clients 
  • Have a great knowledge of industry trends and developments, and know how to work with KPIs 
  • Research for new business opportunities to improve the customer contact and the CLTV
  • Build an excellent understanding of the customer behaviour to assist creating successful CRM campaigns online and offline
  • Analyse campaign performance and identify improvements of content or time of execution 
  • Responsible for meeting all set KPIs and keep a focus on customer retention and cost per user

 Required skills for the role 

  • Previous experience in a marketing or CRM role 
  • Experience working with analytics and segmentation tools like Optimove, Marketo, Blue Venn etc.  
  • The candidate must have previous hands-on experience with Direct Marketing
  • Excellent analytical skills are required to run effective CRM performance reports 
  • You must have knowledge of customer segmentation principles 
  • Ability to analyse data and implement strategies accordingly to achieve ROI
  • Good attention to details with a positive attitude to any set task 
  • Be a team player, but with the ability to work independently 
  • You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure to meet all deadlines
  • Great Microsoft Excel skills and excellent written English skills are vital for this role
  • Previous experience working with SQL is desirable, but not essential for the role
