An exciting CRM Executive role has emerged at our fashion-forward client's trendy offices, they have rapidly stamped their mark as a top e-commerce fashion company and they are a force to be reckoned with!  They have their eye set on ambitious yet achievable growth strategies.

Based in trendy city centre offices, no day is ever the same in this business. There are always loads of interesting fashionable people around from celebrities, models, and photographers. This role is new but has a significant importance in being part of the bigger digital function and will directly report to the CRM Manager. The appointed CRM Executive will be responsible for all customer communication but will be particularly concerned with effective email marketing.

The Key Responsibilities of the CRM Executive:

  • The successful candidate will be in charge of budgeting, reporting, analysing and planning all customer retention activity for the UK and International sites
  • Generate new strategies which can be implemented to increase customer email databases
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills, as the candidate will be dealing large amounts of database information
  • Ensuring there is a strategy in place for wider digital customer retention activities for both UK & International sites
  • Monitor and manage ECRM activities with various multichannel marketing plans
  • Communicate with the Buying, Merchandising, and creative teams to brief retention email campaigns
  • Time management is an essential skill, as the CRM executive will be expected to create, coordinate and implement a seasonal proposition in A/B and tactical testing and optimisation plans


The Key Skills and Attributes of the CRM Executive:

  • A genuine interest for all things fashion fashion fashion!
  • Prior experience in an email marketing role, managing campaigns from start to finish, is desirable
  • Sound knowledge of how the retail market works
  • A team player, with the ability to build relationships
  • A Self-motivated individual with the drive to progress to the next step within their career
  • Creative mind, with current knowledge on industry trends, that can be generated into ideas
