Our client is an industry leading eCommerce service that has seen huge growth over the last few years. They are responsible for immensely popular marketing campaigns and have now successfully served over 2m customers in the UK. They have a well-established Marketing team which this role would sit amongst and be responsible for delivering creative and engaging email / SMS communications.

The role of CRM Executive:

  • Preparing and delivering email and SMS communications in order to meet deadlines
  • Report and produce feedback on email and SMS KPI’s that includes commercial, engagement and industry benchmarks
  • Focus on optimising a customer’s journey all the way to purchase
  • Aid with data segmentation to ensure that email and SMS marketing campaigns are correctly targeted to ensure maximum conversions
  • Help produce emails for various campaigns
  • Support the CRM Manager to complete A/B testing and produce recommendations from findings
  • Stay up to date on the latest industry trends

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 1+ year experience in a CRM/Email Marketing focused role
  • A good understanding of email marketing and customer journey map builds within an email platform is desirable
  • Educated to a degree standard (minimum 2:1)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML is preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • An understanding of Google Analytics is desirable
