With their state-of-the-art office situated amongst the hustle and bustle of Manchester City Centre, our client is certainly a force to be reckoned with. Over the years, they have experienced unprecedented success, which their competitors could only hope for and as they set their sights on new achievements, they are now in need of a CRM Executive to join their fun and friendly team.

Working within the marketing department, the CRM Executive will be required to support and execute the customer retention and acquisition strategy across a variety of platforms including direct messaging and emails. This is an exciting role, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage relationships with agencies whilst working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The Key Responsibilities of the CRM Executive:

  • Deliver all outbound marketing communications across text, WhatsApp and email whilst also being accountable for the execution of all campaign briefs.
  • Manage the production of the customer offer schedule and implement segmented marketing campaigns in order to attract new customer and retain existing customers.
  • Regularly review all campaign performances and produced reports which highlight the results and then present the information to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all campaigns are relevant to international markets and provide additional support to the digital marketing team when required.
  • Make sure that all communications are reflective of the key seasonal events.

The Key Skills and Attributes of the CRM Executive:

  • A degree in marketing or a similar subject
  • Proven experience in a similar CRM role
  • Previous experience using email marketing tools and campaign management tools
  • An organised self-starter with a customer-centric mindset
  • An ambitious individual with fantastic Microsoft Office skills
  • A numerate person with a strong commercial acumen
