Our client is ahead of the game and in need of a talented new CRM Executive to support the success of their brand for a fixed term of 12-14 months! With a strong focus on satisfying their customers, suppliers and most importantly their team needs, our client is dedicated to success of the brand in every aspect. The CRM Executive will be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of email campaigns and other marketing strategies to boost customer engagement.

Key Roles and Responsibilities of a CRM Executive:

  • Responsible for the management of the overall production process for campaign emails – content creating, copywriting, HTML email build and final deployment
  • Work alongside the creative team and Marketing Manager to create campaign selections and segmentation strategies
  • Create a weekly and monthly campaign and progress report
  • Work closely with the team to come up with new, effective marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Using past reports and KPI’s to generate personalised campaigns which will better engage with the target audience

Key Skills and Requirements of a CRM Executive:

  • At least 1 years’ experience working within an email marketing role
  • Experience using ESP or marketing automation platform is desired
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a creative flair
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience copywriting and proofreading
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once within a strict time frame
  • Skills in HTML email design
