Our client is on the hunt for an enthusiastic and confident individual to take on the role of a CRM Executive. The CRM Executive will be responsible for implementing the retention strategy via SMS, email and Mail, working closely with the Resourcing Advisor. The successful candidate will manage the task of increasing the conversions through long-standing customers and work to increase revenue using strategic approaches. The individual will be required to analyse CRM performance and generate recommendations and advice based on such reports for customer segmentation and optimisation.

Main Responsibilities of the CRM Executive:
• Take a proactive approach in supporting the implementation of programmes with the goal of acquiring customer lifetime value.
• Work closely alongside the CRM Manager in delivering strategic plans as well as the most effective brand delivery of customers using the most recent software.
• Keep up to date with CRM processes and innovation and utilise this awareness by applying them to the business.
• Work with other team members to provide targeted CRM campaigns and performance reports.
• Display flexibility in the role by working with other departments (i.e. the Business Intelligence team) to create strategy and effectively utilise customer value.

The Ideal Candidate:
• Must have in-depth knowledge of CRM, Email Marketing, International Marketing and SMS.
• Possess a relevant degree.
• Provable experience of working in a CRM related role/ team and mentoring.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to flexibly angle the approach to different stakeholders.
• Practical experience of 3rd party apps with Salesforce.
