This eCommerce business is a rapidly growing fashion retailer based in Manchester city centre, on their doorstep are the hustle and bustle of shops, restaurants and bars. They are rapidly gaining market share in their sector providing stylish and affordable fashion to their customers. Every day is different in their offices and they are looking for someone who will inject the business with energy, passion, knowledge and determination to take them to the next level.

They are entering into a substantial growth phase, building out the team as a result, launching new brands and scaling the business to launch internationally in 2021.

Our client are looking to recruit a strategic and energetic Creative Brand Manager who will manage a graphic and video team of four people and work closely with both the marketing team and the CEO of the business. This person will lead on art direction and all aspects of shoots, ensuring that they are smooth running and effective. Whilst this person will lead on strategy – working to timetable projects, budgeting the cost of models and influencers and overseeing the look and feel for all marketing material, the Creative Brand Manager will also need to be hands on with a willing attitude to jump on design if required.

This person will be key in building out brand guidelines and providing content including website, social media, paid social, email and marketing that is both engaging and on brand for the target audience.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Creative Brand Manager:

  • This person needs to have a passion for the industry, keeping up to date with the latest trends, developments and creative styles to present to the marketing team.
  • Management experience is required as this role will manage the day to day workflow and also the setting and reviewing of KPIs, performance management and regular appraisals.
  • Daily creation and production of graphics and content keeping up with an ever growing, fast-paced marketing schedule. Our ideal candidate will display a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn. 

Key skills and attributes:

  • Experience in the world of fast fashion  / beauty / accessories will be hugely beneficial for this role.
  • There is opportunity for international travel in this role.
  • Proficient in using Photoshop & Illustrator.
  • Experience in video editing (specifically Premiere Pro).
  • Experience of using Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal, fluent in English.
  • Fantastic attention to detail.
