Creative and Content Manager – Ecommerce – Manchester - £40,000

We are currently recruiting for an expanding business based in Lancashire. They have received significant investment and are subsequently expanding globally. This is therefore a fantastic opportunity to get into a busy environment with products that require creative flair to manage.

The Creative and Content Manager will become an integral part of the business’ marketing team; hence, the individual will need to demonstrate a creative mindset which can be utilised to implement bold, on-trend content that stand out from the crowd.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver innovative creative content multi-channel content.
• Develop multimedia content to support campaigns, creating marketing videos, web content and PR activity.
• Ensure all social media communications are connected across all channels.
• Ensure content is relevant globally.
• Able to create cutting-edge video, written and graphic content.
• Be an advocate for new ideas and initiatives to engage with stakeholders across the organisation comprehensively and consistently.
• Ensure high level of engagement at all times. Ensure creative standards are maintained.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team on campaign planning and scheduling
• Report back to senior members and key stakeholders on performance and feedback.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven ability to create innovative content
• Thrive in a fast paced environment
• An excellent team manager
• Social, Influencer, PR and Blog channel management
• At least 4 years’ experience as a Social Media Manager in a retail or fashion business.
• Energetic and outgoing individual.
