Contract Admissions Manager - South Manchester (Hybrid Working) - £36,000 - Admissions

Our client who are a leader within their field are looking for an Admissions Manager for the next 9 months to start the beginning of August.

In this role you will

In this role you will be responsible to the Director of Marketing for the conversion of leads generated by marketing activity into new admissions for schools to support the organic growth targets for the Group.

The company are based in South Manchester and will be operating the role on a hybrid basis where in which you will be required to go into the office two days per week.

The contract will start the beginning of August and will run for the next 9 months.

Role responsibilities

  • Oversee all admission activity for student recruitment across the group to meet and exceed group admissions targets
  • Drive and motivate the admissions teams in all schools, ensuring a high standard of service to parents and efficient and diligent management of admissions
  • Train staff in schools in implementing best practice operating procedures
  • Measure key aspects of the admissions funnel (conversion rates by stage, lost sales, response rates, etc..) consistently across school sites to ensure data is accurately captured and improvements are made
  • Prepare a monthly report containing performance metrics and statistics for each site
  • Ensure the opportunities of CRM implementation are maximised by embedding improved practice from all users of the system
  • Train marketing an admissions staff in new or changed practices associated with CRM implementation

Ideal candidate

  • Previous consumer marketing/sales experience
  • Previous experience of managing and overseeing sales conversion and customer retention activities
  • Prior experience of working with CRM packages
  • Familiarity with all Microsoft packages with competent spreadsheets skills, experience using Microsoft Dynamics is extremely beneficial
