Contract Account Manager - London - Up to £38,000 - Client Services

One of the world’s best experiential advertising agency are looking for an Account Manager to join on an interim basis to assist with a handful of events that are due to take place!

In this role you will:

In this role you will be primarily working on live events projects, including two corporate dinners, trade shows, conferences and more in the pipeline for summer 2022. You will be responsible for taking client briefs, briefing in the wider departments, and owning the projects from start to finish. This agency is well-known for their outstanding customer service, and it’s important that these standards are kept and exceeded.

This role requires the ideal candidate to be as local as possible due to most of the events taking place in the local area as well as hosting one of the events in Edinburgh, you will be required to attend site visits. They can also be paid on a freelance day rate or a fixed term contract.

The contract will start immediately and run for the next 2-3 months. We are awaiting the IR35 status.

Role responsibilities:

  • Day to day contact for the client and ensure that all milestones are met
  • Accountable for delivery revenue and appropriate profitability
  • Champion reporting and evaluating the project process, and push forward new learning and best practices
  • Manage onside event built/delivery or provide full live online events, carry out final technical checks, organise speakers & locations, and support Q&As

Ideal candidate:

  • Must have experiential/events experience
  • Must have agency experience
  • Experience working on B2B events is beneficial but not essential
  • Hands on and adaptable individuals
