Located in the hustle and bustle of Manchester with excellent transport links across the North West, our client is looking for a Community Manager with 3 years relevant experience in community building, online and offline. Liaising with the Head of Content and PR to bring a wider content strategy across all digital channels, including the creation of social, PR, CRM and advertising. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, working with internal stakeholders to generate both independent and collaborative work. Generating efficient campaigns and social media content to further attract the correct consumer base.

The Responsibilities of the Community Manager:

  • Using wider content strategy to align social media content.
  • Ensure sufficient and regular content through the development and deployment of our proactive social media.
  • Able to write entertaining and informative search engine optimised copy.
  • Locating and creating quality online B2C utilised in print.
  • Keep up to date with new trends and competitors within the industry monitoring content and activities.
  • Assist with copywriting and the creation of entertaining and informative video content for the website.
  • Maintaining the company style and branding ensuring the creation of content follows a continuous structure across all platforms, which represents the company’s standards and brand identity.

The Ideal Community Manager:

  • Experience working in a dynamic and creative environment designed to bring out the best in employees.
  • A previous understanding of the financial and regulated market.  
  • A relevant qualification or degree that demonstrates the particular skill set required.
  • Professional communication and written skills needed to manage staff and articulate ideas and concepts.
  • Good personal skills to work in a vibrant office.
