Client Success Manager (Affiliates) – Up to 50k – Manchester CC (currently remote) 

Our client is an impressive digital agency located in Manchester City Centre. They’re experts in their field and are responsible for an award-winning, digital insight platform. Following a large investment and partnership with an international business, they are building out their Client Success team with this recruit being instrumental to their plans for 2021!  

As their newest Client Success Manager, you will work directly on this platform, onboarding new clients (many of which are blue chip companies) and acting as their consultant for all things Affiliate!

Roles and Responsibilities of the Client Success Manager:

  • Onboard and own new client relationships with senior stakeholders in client organisations
  • Act as their knowledgeable Affiliate consultant, understand their current programme and advise on how they can optimise their channel
  • Use the platform to input client goals for the Affiliate channel and how the platform can facilitate its development and advancement; showcasing its value and benefits
  • Teach, develop and support client, agency and network teams in best practice for the platform.

 

Roles and Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Affiliate Marketing or Account Management role (with Affiliate specific experience)
  • International experience desirable but not essential
  • Both in-house / agency experience highly desirable
  • Proven success managing multiple, high-profile accounts
  • Detailed knowledge of the Affiliate channel
  • Excellent communicator – you will be required to communicate detailed insights to clients with confidence and be able to consult when taking briefs.
