Our client is an award-winning clothing business, who has recently experienced substantial growth and is now looking to transform the industry. Based in Manchester, this is a place where everyone’s ideas really matter. To achieve their ambitious plans, they are looking to recruit a Client Services Executive to advise some of their biggest clients. In return, they are offering a generous sales bonus, development courses and company social events.

The Client Services Executive will be responsible for winning and taking care of some of their most exciting clients. The successful candidate will also be responsible for translating inbound leads into customers and building long-term relationships with these clients to ensure loyalty and retention. This is an incredibly varied role, which will require excellent problem-solving skills and creativity to find innovative ways to meet client objectives.

Responsibilities of the Client Services Executive:

  • Turning inbound leads into loyal customers
  • Searching for and initiating new business
  • Building strong, long-term client relationships
  • Finding innovative answers to complex client requirements
  • Ensuring clients have a comprehensive understanding of the full range of products and services
  • Reviving dormant accounts
  • Ensuring the smooth delivery of all orders through the use of clear communication of the client’s requirements with all internal departments
  • Keeping the CRM system up-to-date

Desired Skills and Experience of the Client Services Executive:

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a customer-facing role - experience in either an account management or B2B customer service position is preferable
  • A flair for building strong relationships effortlessly
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Photoshop / Adobe Skills
  • The desire to use your ideas and initiative to meet client objectives
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handling high volume workloads in a demanding environment
  • Excellent written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
  • Experience in a telephone-based environment
  • Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate to advanced Excel
  • Organised, with a keen eye for detail
  • A degree-level qualification would be ideal
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a car is preferable
