Client Partner - Manchester/ Hybrid - Up to £60,000 - Agency

Our client is an agency based in Manchester City Centre whose main goal is to help organisations change for the better. They collaborate, question, and analyse across employer, education and youth marketing to find new ways to help their clients overcome the challenges they face.

They are on the lookout for an experienced Client Partner who can drive performance and efficiency across your client portfolio and take a leading role in exploring new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving strategic direction raising the profile of the agency. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Partnering with clients to strategically manage/lead on multiple employer brand development projects
  • Providing advice and guidance across a breadth of different clients
  • Collaborating with client partners to identify opportunities where consulting can support with existing clients.
  • Staying up to date with industry changes, competitor activity and wider innovation.
  • Leading on proposals and pitches to secure new business.
  • Carrying out analysis of project efficiency and streamlining executions to increase the volume of projects delivered.
  • Briefing individuals to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities on each project.
  • Enhancing the reputation of the agency by writing blogs, networking, speaking at key events and sharing the great work they do.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in an employer branding, branding or project management role
  • Previous experience of managing a wide range of employer branding projects, and understand the process from research to activation
  • Experience in stakeholder management and engagement at a senior level.
  • An understanding of culture, diversity & inclusion, attraction, people analytics and early careers are all an added advantage.
