Our client is a leading legal services company based in Liverpool! They have a talented marketing team who work on several marketing disciplines such as events, business development, CRM, and communications, and their team is passionate about delivering the best results for their clients. Their amazing results and working environment have earned them several awards, including the Top Employer award!

The company are about to go through their next stage of growth, and are therefore looking to expand their Business Development team with a new Client Development Manager! The main objective of this role is to work alongside the Client Relationship Partner to maximise ROI and client satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Client Development Manager:

  • Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships to maximise client satisfaction and ROI
  • Ensure that clients have an appropriate achievable vision and strategy
  • Work alongside the Bids team to deliver compelling responses to client pitches
  • Analyse and report on competitor activity of clients
  • Work with the wider marketing team to develop marketing campaigns to enhance the reputation of clients
  • Identify areas of improvement for client development activities

Required Skills and Attributes of the Client Development Manager:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a business development/ client relationship management role, with at least 2 years’ experience within professional services
  • Proven experience of managing clients in a CRM programme
  • Self-motivated, can work on own initiative
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent management and influencing skills
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
