This outstanding consumer service company is on the look out for a creative Channel Executive to join them in Manchester City Centre. Our client is looking for an ambitious individual, who always strives to be the best and is committed to meeting the best standards of customer care. The perfect candidate needs to have exceptional customer service experience and a high knowledge of digital technology.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Channel Executive:

  • Support sales channels proactively with new product enhancements.
  • Maintain exceptional CRM records.
  • Create reports on sail performance.
  • Developing and maintaining outstanding relationships with internal and external partners, including (but not exclusively): line managers, staff and officers involved in digital product use.
  • Manage the inbox on the channel and triage new business opportunities.
  • Build and advance community benefits e.g. developing sales resources, newsletters, attending events.
  • Be committed to the company’s values aims and missions.

Key Skills of the Channel Executive:

  • Exceptional IT skills, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with an ability to create sales reports in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with experience for writing to business needs.
  • Experience of customer service over the telephone, with great telephone manner.
  • Achieve high output levels and handle a diverse workload and be able to use own initiative to solve problems.
  • Experience working in a digital technology environment, such as using digital apps.
  • Experience with working with CRM systems.
  • Excellent time, scheduling, and task management and must be able to do this to meet sales targets.
  • B2B and customer sales experience.
