Our client is an award-winning agency who has built themselves an impeccable reputation within the industry by creating highly successful marketing solutions for a number of high profile clients. Currently, they are experiencing a huge period of growth, hence, they are now looking to add new talent to the team in the form of a highly skilled, creative Campaign Manager. They are looking for an individual who will thrive on working alongside some of the UK biggest brands.  

A key element of the role will include assisting in the development of new business proposals and pitches whilst delivering innovative campaigns, from ideas to implementation and reporting. As the role involves mainly working with retail clients, the agency is looking for someone who has a genuine passion for retail as well as a strong background in marketing, social media and paid media.

The Main Responsibilities of the Campaign Manager:

  • Design, plan and implement cutting-edge marketing campaigns whilst also creating engaging content which can be used across multiple platforms
  • Ensure that all content produced is personal to each brand and there is consistency across all platforms
  • Working with the rest of the team, produce new business proposals
  • Take charge of social media communities by responding to posts and interacting with the audience
  • Work closely with clients in order to fully gain an understanding of their vision and expectations, clearly outlining any issues that may arise on the way
  • Produce detailed reports which highlight the performance of each campaign and use the information to structure future campaigns
  • Working with the paid media team, ensure that the ROI target is met by producing world-class marketing campaigns
  • Take part in regular learning and development teams
  • Create fantastic design briefs by working with the design team and showcasing them to the client for approval

The Perfect Candidate:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ campaign marketing experience would be ideal for the role
  • Proven high-level promotions experience, either agency or in-house is essential
  • Fantastic organisational, communication and interpersonal skills combined with experience generating and delivering several creative campaigns at any given time
  • Comfortable leading the strategy and liaising with clients and key stakeholders
  • A critical thinker who’s comfortable in high-pressure situations
  • Amazing copywriting skills combined with experience in managing print campaigns
  • Proven track-record of setting objectives which contribute to tangible outcomes
