Our client is a well-established popular brand, which has been on the market for several decades. Due to their vast success, they now have a global audience and are proud to supply products to a global customer base. To ensure future success, they are looking to expand their team and require a Business Intelligence Analyst to take ownership of the CRM platform.

The Business Intelligence Analyst will work directly with the Business Intelligence Manager to consistently improve data management processes within the business. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for analytics and experience in an analytical role and is looking to progress their career within a successful business.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Manage account records and contacts, identify areas of poor data quality.
  • Use CRM email platform to manage email databases.
  • Provide accurate analysis to ensure channel and product understanding, making sure to highlight potential risks and opportunities.
  • Work alongside multiple departments in implementing CRM platform support to meet their requirements.
  • Submit business metrics/analysis to HQ.
  • Plan analytical and systems support to meet future business and stakeholder requirements.
  • Work alongside the Sales team to ensure that all email addresses and contact details are up-to-date and compliant with GDPR legislation.

Required skills and attributes:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales-focussed analytical role.
  • Analytical skills and knowledge of analytical software, particularly CRM systems.
  • Project management skills and experience.
  • Can provide relevant insight based on commercial awareness.
  • Working knowledge of finance, customer service, and sales processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on deadlines.
  • Can effectively communicate key concepts across all levels of the business.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Salesforce/CRM system experience.
