Business Development Manager (Web Development) - UK Remote Working - 4 Day Working Week - Up to £50,000 basic + £50,000 OTE (Total £100,000 OTE) - SaaS
Our client, a dynamic and innovative Digital Transformation, Marketing Automation, and CRM Implementation consultancy, is seeking a Business Development Manager specialising in Web Development projects. They operate in the corporate space, providing cutting-edge solutions.
As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients and showcasing how their digital expertise can address unique challenges and needs. You will focus on various companies across the UK, guiding them towards successful digital transformation.
You will visit their office in the North West once per quarter.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Consultative Sales: Initiate meaningful dialogues with prospective clients, delving into their digital transformation needs, objectives, and pain points.
- Project Evaluation & Planning: Conduct thorough assessments to determine the viability, scale, and unique requirements of digital transformation projects.
- Tailored Solutions: Articulate CMS solutions tailored to the individual business structures and current system landscapes of leads.
- Lead Conversion: Transform warm leads, provided by Business Development Representatives, into confirmed clients.
- Nurture Client Relationships: Collaboratively foster enduring client relationships with the support of the Client Services team.
- Keep Up-to-date: Keep abreast of the latest developments and capabilities within the digital transformation landscape.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical and implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project initiation.
Desired Skills and Expertise:
- Proven Sales Acumen: Demonstrated track record of 2-3 years in successfully selling digital transformation and website development solutions.
- Consultative Approach: Proficiency in adopting a consultative sales mindset, attuned to the distinctive needs and challenges of clients.
- Effective Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, adept at simplifying complex concepts for clients.
- Relationship Cultivator: Innate ability to cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships, ensuring consistent client satisfaction.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CMS platforms and website development projects, coupled with an eagerness to stay updated on the latest technological advancements.
- Analytical Thinking: An analytical mindset to identify and proactively address potential challenges in the web development sales process.
- Collaborative Team Player: Ability to seamlessly collaborate with both technical teams and fellow sales representatives.
