They pride themselves on their customer-centric approach, which has allowed them to build lasting customer relationships making their business a huge success! With this success leading to new business growth, they are now on the hunt for a diligent Business Development Manager to join their young dynamic team! The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a results-driven environment.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Business Development and Account Manager:

  • Build new business activity by converting leads that are generated by marketing activity
  • Carry out online and face to face sales presentations and software demonstrations
  • Develop detailed proposals in order to compete for business
  • Taking control of sales pipeline and forecast future sales using CRM system
  • Giving suggestions and passing on recommendations to product development teams
  • Assist with sales and marketing campaigns
  • Implement a handover process for new customers
  • Account management responsibilities
  • Attend main sector conferences and exhibitions to promote software

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in sales
  • Good understanding of software solutions is advantageous
  • Eager to learn with a positive working attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Team player and good at building strong working relationships
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant subject
  • Commercially aware
  • Able to work well within a dynamic, small team
