This role can be based anywhere in the UK but it is important that the Business Development Manager is able to be in their Head Offices in Manchester for crucial and important meetings, sometimes with little notice.

Our client is on the lookout for a Business Development Manager to drive their business forward in an exciting period of growth. Reporting directly to the company founders, the ideal candidate will focus on sourcing new business opportunities and process management. Targeting high value clients, there will be an emphasis on selling the agency's comprehensive proposition.
This role is for someone who isn’t afraid to shout loud and can build rapport quickly especially through telephone and face to face meetings. Someone who is professional and senior and will think strategically and also on their feet.
The Business Development Manager will coordinate a team of 10+ to deliver high quality pitches, whilst they focus on initiating client conversations and demonstrating the agency's unique value. They will also be hands on and sit shoulder to shoulder with their staff so they have a full understanding of productivity and results.
