Business Development Manager (CRM) - UK Remote Working - 4 Day Working Week - Up to £50,000 basic + £50,000 OTE (Total £100,000 OTE) - SaaS

Our client is an innovative company in the digital industry, using advanced technology to help businesses grow. They’re on the look out for a Business Development Manager with experience selling CRM to work on exciting projects.

The Business Development Manager's role revolves around establishing connections and providing solutions. They engage with potential clients after Business Development Representatives have initiated interest, aiming to understand unique challenges and needs. Utilising a consultative approach, they demonstrate how our client's digital proficiency can transform these prospects into loyal customers. The role primarily focuses on CRM setup and implementation, particularly within the HubSpot ecosystem, for businesses exploring or switching from CRM platforms.

You will visit their office in the North West once per quarter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultative Sales Approach: Engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients to gain insights into their specific CRM needs, hurdles, and objectives.
  • Scoping & Planning: Conduct thorough initial assessments to determine the feasibility, scope, and details of CRM implementation projects.
  • Tailored Solution Presentation: Present customised CRM solutions tailored to each lead's business structure, existing tools, and unique demands.
  • Closing Deals: Efficiently convert warm leads provided by Business Development Representatives into confirmed clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with the Client Services team to foster long-term client relationships and create additional opportunities.
  • Staying Current: Stay informed about the latest developments and capabilities in CRM technology, especially within the HubSpot ecosystem.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical and implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project initiation, ensuring all client requirements are met.

Skills and Experience:

  • Sales Proficiency: A track record of 2-3 years in successfully selling CRM solutions.
  • Consultative Approach: An ability to adopt a consultative sales mindset, understanding and addressing the unique needs and challenges of potential clients.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.
  • Relationship Building: A natural talent for cultivating and nurturing long-term client relationships, ensuring consistent client satisfaction.
  • Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, Salesforce, or Dynamics, with a keen interest in staying updated on the latest technological advancements.
  • Problem Solving: An analytical mindset for identifying potential challenges in the CRM implementation process and proactively suggesting solutions.
  • Team Player: An ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and fellow sales representatives.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and skilled at managing changing priorities.
  • Customer Focus: A genuine interest in helping businesses thrive through effective CRM implementation.
  • Continuous Learning: A commitment to personal growth, staying informed about industry trends, and actively seeking feedback for improvement.
