Brand Marketing Manager – Up to 45k – City Centre – Property

Our client design state-of-the-art locations for a wide-array of industries with sustainability and community at the forefront of their values. They’re highly-regarded in their field and have a full internal marketing function this role would join.

Acting as ‘Brand champion’ for the business, you will lead and deliver an effective brand strategy, managing both short & long-term end-to-end campaigns. This person will possess a real creative flair with the ability to implement their ideas into their campaigns & partnerships, with the support of wider marketing / design team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join a forward-thinking business and have a part to play in a number of exciting projects that are contributing to Manchester’s ongoing success.

What you will be doing:

• Develop brand strategy and embedding it across the business.
• Strengthen brand awareness and case studies working closely with the Marketing Director and CX.
• Ensure a consistent brand position throughout the group
• Work closely with the creative and wider marketing team to ensure linear branding across the group
• Lead on the groups brand partnerships both on a regional and national scale whilst identifying areas of opportunity for further partnerships
• Develop and executive creative partner campaigns with the groups values at heart
• Ensuring all employer brand touchpoints are in line with the brand values
• Manage agency relationships for creative collateral alongside the Marketing Director

What we’re looking for:

• A real ‘brand enthusiast’, an individual who can think both at a strategic level but is also comfortable being involved in day-to-day activities
• Preferably 3+ years in a similar Marketing role with a large brand or partnerships focus
• Excellent communicator, ability to build relationships with both key stakeholders and business partners
• Ability to manage multiple end-to-end marketing campaigns
