New opportunity for a Brand Marketing Executive (Maternity Cover) to join our client based in Manchester on a contract basis!

Our client is a forward-thinking travel company, looking for a candidate available to cover maternity. The business are looking to grow their brand and make them recognisable on a national scale, so the new Brand Marketing Executive (Maternity Cover) will help in creating and implementing an effective marketing plan to make this happen!

They are looking for a creative and passionate individual with a flair for marketing to take the reins temporarily in this role. The Brand Marketing Executive (Maternity Cover) will be responsible for formulating a short and long-term brand strategy, and will be highly involved in the execution of this plan.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Brand Marketing Executive (Maternity Cover):

  • Helping with the development, optimisation and analysis of the business’ marketing campaigns.
  • Managing the company website and all social media platforms, and noticing (and subsequently changing) areas for improvement.
  • Writing, proof-reading and posting copy across the brand’s social media and PR channels.
  • Working effectively with other teams within the business to implement brand initiatives and marketing campaigns.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to make decisions about brand objectives and related strategies.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Ability to act with initiative and effectively prioritise your workload.
  • Experience in building a brand identity, and PR and communications strategy is essential.
  • Solid communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with Social Media Management platforms.
  • Previous experience in brand or recruitment marketing preferable.
  • Fantastic organisational skills.
  • Technologically literate (for use of variety of programmes and web-based applications).
  • Experience with WordPress is preferable, but not required for the right candidate.
