Our client are an online fashion retailer who seek to provide their loyal customers with the latest fashion at an affordable price! Following a significant investment, the company is looking to drive their next period of growth, hence, they are looking to hire a Brand Marketing Executive who will bring to the team a wealth of marketing knowledge! 

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Brand Marketing Executive will support the development of the brand by designing and developing award-winning, successful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine creative and commercial thinking in order to drive brand awareness through planning, organising and executing brand marketing activity in-line with overall company objectives.

Main responsibilities of the Brand Marketing Executive:

• Up-keep of internal trading calendars and coordination of updates across the team
• Campaign planning across own brand and celebrity launches
• Development of brand marketing projects in line with key dates and objectives
• Support and knowledge across the wider marketing mix, where required: social, email, outreach, PR, collaborations and creative
• Successful launch of celebrity and own brand ranges
• Chart customer audience growth: social engagement and growth, prospective customers

Key Skills and Attributes for the Brand Marketing Executive:

• 1-2 years’ experience in Marketing, brand and the fashion/beauty industry
• Knowledge and understanding of all marketing channels and the marketing mix
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn
• Dynamic
• Knowledgeable
• Has a strong work ethic
• Takes pride in their work
