Brand Manager – Manchester - £45,000 + Bonus - Marketing Agency

Our client is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to marketing and media – pushing boundaries and constantly leading the way when it comes to innovative strategies and campaigns. They are on the hunt for a Brand Manager who is passionate and entrepreneurial to help take their clients to the next level. Based in Manchester with hybrid working, they have some amazing benefits and a focus on employee wellness.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, the Brand Manager will have end to end control of the marketing strategy across all brands, aiming to exceed KPI’s and drive the business forward. Ideally, the right candidate will have a track record of managing multiple marketing projects and growing strong brands. Focussing mostly on consumer marketing, the successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of B2B marketing to support a holistic approach to shaping the brand.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of an effective marketing strategy across all channels, working to budgets and KPI’s
  • Use data-driven insights to influence marketing campaigns
  • Manage and develop social media channels
  • Create engaging content / copy for articles, PR pieces, blogs, and adverts etc.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, such as PPC and email marketing
  • Help grow the client and referral database
  • Oversee the design process of all digital marketing assets and materials
  • Help develop the ecommerce side of the business
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Attend events and trade shows
  • Manage and develop a team

Skills and Attributes

  • Over 2 years of experience working with brands
  • Track record in managing an ecommerce channel
  • Solid marketing background
  • Previous experience managing teams
  • Have worked in a B2B, B2C and D2C environment
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns
  • Entrepreneurial spirit – motivated and enthusiastic
  • Adept in Microsoft Office and creative programmes
