Brand, Content and Creative Manager – Fashion eCommerce – Manchester City Centre – Up to £35,000

Our client has achieved great success over the last few years by offering the latest fashion with high profile clients representing their brand! They are based in Manchester in an office full of designers, fashion buyers and creative marketers who work closely together to achieve a common goal of brand exposure and increased traffic to their online fashion site.

The Brand, Content and Creative Manager will have a varied role where no day is the same, taking responsibility for all things brand and using content and creative to align this businesses values. They are looking for someone who has a great hunger for fashion and the energy to match. They will be a strong content writer, keeping up to date with the market and their competitors. They will be a strong brand advocate and speak to their target, millennial audience through the appropriate channels.

Main responsibilities of the Brand, Creative and Content Manager:

  • Work closely creative, content and really drive the brand on all channels
  • Develop and implement brand strategy working closely with the other stakeholders
  • Manage the exciting yet busy shoot schedules knocking shoulders with celebs and models alike!
  • Coordinate creative campaigns and executive key outreach ideas
  • Develop key partnerships in content and creative communities
  • Take ownership and lead all digital PR and outreach campaigns
  • Manage a team of PR and Outreach Executives and ensure communication objectives are met
  • Report outreach performance to the Head of Brand and identify any areas of improvement

Required skills and attributes of the Brand, Content and Creative Manager

  • Social first experience
  • An excellent organiser, unflappable, cool, calm and organise
  • Previous experience in a digital PR role with great management skills
  • Have a drive for creating new and innovative ideas for brand exposure
  • Experience in developing and nurture important partnerships
  • A passion for online fashion and branding is essential to succeed in this role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a confidence to be bold and push boundaries to create engaging outreach strategies
  • Experience in creating engaging content to attract millennials’ attention would be highly desirable
