B2B Marketing Manager – Manchester City Centre – Up to £50,000

The office is based in the centre of Manchester, just off St Peters Square in a large, modern office. The office has breakout rooms, games, free barista coffee and breakfasts, beer and prosecco taps and many more benefits. Whilst the office is incredible, you can choose to work flexible with hybrid encouraged. The office has a relaxed atmosphere, where people collaborate and discuss their plans and also have a joke. There is a benefits platform included, regular pay reviews and ‘core hours’; where you must be in work 10-2 however have flexibility around the rest of your day!

You will collaborate with the MD to create the marketing strategy and will be responsible for the design, implementation and reporting of the annual multi-channel strategy, with control on budget and KPIs. This is an amazing opportunity to grow a role and an organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboratively create and maintain the marketing strategy, KPIs and aid the overall company plan
  • Create marketing metrics at macro and campaign level, monitor and analyse for stakeholder meetings
  • Focus on customer engagement, acquisition, retention, and value targets
  • Focus on building brand awareness, usage and perception of overall brand
  • Manage marketing budget
  • Day to day management of marketing, PR, media and other third party agencies 

Requirements:

  • B2B marketing experience (2 years minimum)
  • Experience developing effective strategies and implementing all aspects of the marketing plan (branding through to customer acquisition and perception)
  • Strong understanding of marketing and analytical tools
  • Experience with paid, owned and earned media in both traditional and digital marketing
  • Able to manage own workload and stick to budgets and deadlines
