Our highly successful and established client has just received investment to drive their business into the next phase of growth – and they are looking for a talented and experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join their team in Manchester! The successful candidate will be a part of a high achieving team that put innovation and strong tech solutions at the forefront of all they do.

The B2B Marketing Manager will be ready to create and deliver innovative campaigns, shape strategy, and become an expert in the industry – identifying development and sales opportunities, potential barriers, and always keeping one step ahead of the competition. An expert at HubSpot and a whizz at WordPress, the ideal candidate will also have thorough experience in Account Based Marketing (ABM). Managing a small team, the B2B Marketing Manager will work in their Manchester based office approximately 2 days a week, making this an ideal role for those wanting to progress onto the next step in their career.

Responsibilities of the B2B Marketing Manager:

  • Help develop marketing strategy and consumer profiles to assist in effective comms initiatives
  • Take ownership of HubSpot sales and marketing campaigns
  • Deliver an account-based marketing strategy
  • Create amazing content for all channels, including LinkedIn and social media
  • Manage effective SEO, PPC and lead engagement practices with support from 3rd party agencies and the wider team
  • Handle all marketing data with GDPR compliance
  • Represent the brand at events both online and in person (e.g. networking, webinars, trade shows etc)
  • Be hands-on in managing and developing a small team
  • Focus on building and refining the company website and brand

Skills and Experience required:

  • An experience and talented brand builder
  • Able to identify market trends and do regular competitor and industry analysis
  • Implement an ABM model backed up by results
  • Experience managing a small team
  • Expert at HubSpot
  • Proficient at WordPress administration
  • Experience in the B2B sector
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Analytically minded – able to organise and understand data insights
  • Creative and hands-on
  • Ambitious and commercially astute
