B2B Account Manager – Agency – Manchester - £25,000 to £28,000

As the B2B Account Manager, you will play an integral role in B2B Client Services team by managing and building relationships with key clients providing them with top quality service! You will play a role all stages of project development from the briefing to execution and evaluation whilst driving new business and growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years agency experience with a hunger to learn and grow in the role.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the B2B Account Manager:

  • Dealing with clients both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Develop client marketing and communications strategy by working with other in-house teams
  • Commercial management of all client accounts such as invoicing and credit control etc.
  • Help drive new business by attending briefing meetings, carrying out market research and drafting proposals/presentations
  • Resolving any client issues in a timely manner
  • Monitor and guide more junior members of the team
  • Analytics and KPI reporting on all client activity

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2 years B2B marketing experience within an agency environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Proven ability to write strong copy
  • A good mentor and leader as well as a team player
  • Proficient with MS Suite
  • A degree in English, Marketing or any relevant subject
