Located in Manchester City Centre, this award-winning agency is looking for an Analytics Manager to promote and steer the future growth of their data analysis team. Reporting to the Head of Digital, the successful candidate will have a keen eye for analytics and offer insights into raw data, focusing on the success of the campaigns.

With almost a century of experience behind it, our client is perfect for those who want to be part of something big.    

The Main Responsibilities of the Analytics Manager:

  • Have a strong understanding of business reports and how to interpret them
  • Transferring raw data into understandable and actionable insights with strong analytical skills
  • Enhance the current reporting process by creatively developing own strategies
  • Be the leader of a team of skilled data analysts and assist them in delivering the client reports
  • Oversee the marketing and development teams in creating and monitoring the tracking software i.e Google analytics
  • A keen awareness of the up to date trends and software around them and how it can be brought into use for the clients
  • Combining multi-channel data and tagging and making them work cohesively

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to an advanced level
  • Google Analytics and Tag Manager proficient as well as a working knowledge of AdWords, Doubleclick, and Facebook tracking
  • Set up online dashboards for data collection – Google Data Studio knowledge is desirable
  • Understand the data and translate the findings into actionable business situations
  • Respond to market trends with the data solutions
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to be able to coordinate the data analysts and client needs
  • An independent and creative thinker that can take the company to the next level in its data analytics
  • Highly organised and efficient
