Agency Account Manager - Manchester- £30.6k + Company Car + Quarterly Incentive Scheme 

Join the award-winning OOH Media Owners and be a part of their growing Agency Sales team!  You’ll have four key areas which include: teamwork, driving revenue, customer engagement and your own self development. They work in a fast-paced and exciting atmosphere, where no two days are the same.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be appointed their own agencies and will be responsible for understanding their structures, goals and planning ethos. The role would be varied day to day, you may be working on hitting your KPIs, maximising Out of Home sales opportunities or presenting pitches to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with trading counterparts to ensure shared sales strategies & progress deals from pitch to booking
  • Work efficiently with colleagues to ensure pitches are of exceptional quality & utilise existing work/insights
  • Accurately forecast agency revenue
  • Develop thorough agency account plans to ensure a reliable and targeted sales approach
  • Manage upwards to coordinate effective Senior Agency personnel contact in your assigned agencies
  • Keep in constant contact with your agencies via frequent face-to-face meetings & other planned events
  • Present concise, insightful and engaging business arguments which influence media choices
  • Make sure all pitches respond to established advertiser objectives
  • Passionate about developing you own OOH and wider media understanding

What you bring to the Team: 

  • Experience and interest in media sales
  • Experience as an Account Manager/Account Exec
  • Bubbly, friendly and chatty
  • Effective and empathetic communicator with the ability to deliver proposals and presentations
