Our client are in an exciting period of growth for affiliates and are expanding their team and therefore are open to affiliate professionals of all levels. 

Our client is a progress driven agency, with an array of household brands in their client list. With this in mind, they are looking for someone who won’t shy away from their work, is a problem solver and is happy to collaborate with other teams in order to provide a high quality service to their clients. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the client's affiliate programme, from engaging leading publishers to providing technical recommendations to make their programme run seamlessly.

This role requires an understanding of how affiliate marketing can play a role in driving traffic and sales, as well as a knowledge of digital marketing. Whilst experience in affiliate marketing is preferred, you should display a strong business understanding through creating campaigns based on key formulas such as COS, ROAS and ROI. You are required to have a good record of supporting clients with their marketing plans, inclusive of strategic and tactical planning and issue identification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver amazing communication with your clients, via email, calls and meetings
  • Action client requests in a timely manner and keep them updated regularly
  • Work with clients to produce achievable objectives and deliverable timescales
  • Build strong working relationships with the clients
  • Banners and other creatives are always up to date and uploaded into the platform
  • Regularly check payments to ensure there are no anomalies
  • Build mutually beneficial partnerships with publishers, promoting your own personal profile and willingness to work with publishers
  • Find and recruit new publishers to client accounts
  • Develop current publishers by working closely with all parties to identify new ways of working
  • Regularly audit active publishers to ensure all materials being promoted are up to date and effective
  • Create seasonal plans that leverage multiple publishers and internal marketing teams, producing cross-channel campaigns
  • For larger, enterprise-level clients, work on bespoke campaigns designer to boost their brand or deliver on a specific business objective
  • Staying one step ahead at all times, by keeping up to date knowledge of industry and trends.
  • Effective collaboration with both internal and external teams

Ideal Candidate

  • A strong understanding of business and/or marketing is essential
  • Strategic thinker - able to demonstrate how you will deliver on objectives / targets
  • Able to present ideas to a group of key stakeholders
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good understanding of word processing and spreadsheets
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to manage and prioritise your workload
  • Determined, driven and willing to learn
  • Knowledge of digital marketing including SEO, CRO, Email, PPC, Social Media is desirable
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in affiliate marketing or other digital marketing channels is desirable but not essential
