Please note: this role is almost entirely remote, with 3 or 4 days in their Nottingham Head Office per month.

As a well-established brand on the British Highstreet who have been trading for over 30 years, they have recently undertaken a huge digital transformation piece. Now, 2 years into this project, they are looking to hire a brand-new role for an Affiliate Partnerships Manager to help facilitate the next stage of development. As a result, this newly created high profile role is a real greenfield project, presenting a true career-making opportunity for the right ambitious candidate. There’s also the added bonus of having no historic/legacy processes and systems to undo! You can expect a busy but high achieving environment with a purpose, culture, and values to match, where everyone is working towards the same goal: creating joy in vision for colleagues and customers.

In this exciting role you’ll be managing both existing corporate partnerships and developing a new affiliate marketing programme. You will also:

  • Develop a partnerships strategy that will drive omnichannel sales from new customer acquisition. 
  • Work with an affiliate marketing agency we’ll look to you to implement targeted promotional activity through a range of businesses in addition to managing our existing corporate schemes.
  • Identify and set up new partnerships, managing all contract negotiations and implementing marketing communications that maximise sales from partner customer bases. 
  • Manage the affiliate partnerships marketing budget and evaluate activities to understand the return on investment and the opportunities available.

About you: 

  • Previous experience within a similar affiliates marketing role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • This key role will see you build relationships not only with their partners and external agencies, but also internally, cross functionally and with store colleagues too. They are therefore looking for someone who has a collaborative style and who is great at negotiating and influencing.
