Affiliate Marketing Manager

Affiliate Marketing Manager – up to 40k (remote, 1 day per week in London or Leeds) - Travel

Our client, an established household-name travel group are looking for an experienced Affiliate marketing candidate to join their growing performance team and lead their Affiliate program.

This role represents a fantastic opportunity for an agency (or in-house) candidate to take ownership and have real input in shaping a recognisable brands partner program with the opportunity to broaden into further performance channels in the future.

What you will be doing:

• Ownership of development and management of brands Affiliate program
• Create an affiliates strategy in line with the company’s OKR’s and execute accordingly.
• Broaden your skillset in Paid channels, support the acquisition team in optimisation of the channels.
• Analysing and reporting on Partners key metrics 
• Identifying commercial opportunities through partnership lead marketing
• Owning, running, and reporting on A/B testing to establish the best performance related metrics.
• Forecasting, budgeting and monitoring budgets for owned channels.
• Analysing and reporting on affiliates successes to the wider team.
• Negotiate commission rates and book tenancies for premium partners, analyse performance of the campaigns to measure ROI.
• Ensure all tracking is correctly implemented per channel and transaction are being validated accurately.
• Own partnership relations with AWIN, Affiliate partners, and Adthena.

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years experience in an Affiliate or Partnerships based role
• Experience using Affiliate networks e.g AWIN
• Excellent communicator, both internally and externally to develop exiting and new relationships with partners
• Experience of other digital acquisition channels highly desirable but not essential
