Brand new opportunity! Our client is on the hunt for a new Affiliate Manager to join their team and take charge of their Affiliate strategy!

Our client is a national oral care brand, offering innovative dental products to their customers! They are based in South Manchester with easy access and convenient transport links nearby!

The successful candidate will be a top-class Affiliate Manager who can join the business and develop the Affiliate programme techniques. Affiliate experience is essential, ensuring candidates are capable of growing an affiliate channel successfully.

Key Responsibilities of the Affiliate Manager:

  • Develop and execute a strategy to build a successful Affiliate channel that is capable of delivering company revenue targets.
  • Ensure campaigns are kept within budget and maximum ROI is achieved.
  • Proactively acquire new members to grow affiliate scheme.
  • Find the best solutions for affiliate partners, ensuring that they are motivated to grow the brand.
  • Analyse campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI.
  • Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spend.
  • Oversee and monitor all affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management.
  • Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate scheme.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of affiliate commissions.

Required Skills:

  • Experience working with Affiliate Window and ideally Zanox.
  • In depth knowledge of the UK and International affiliates markets
  • Have a network of affiliate contacts.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Impressive team management and partnership management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results orientated and target driven.
  • Confident report writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • An excellent understanding of tracking technology.
  • A degree relevant to the field.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines.
