Our client is a well-established retailer in the UK, which is facing a huge period of growth, broadening their horizons into locations around Europe. In order to assist them with this growth, they are now looking for a talented Affiliate Executive to join them at this exciting point in their journey!

The Affiliates Executive will be responsible for planning and implementing affiliate campaigns, building relationships with B2B clients and working closely alongside the brand and content teams to manage influencer relations. The roles main aim will be to drive traffic by ensuring campaigns, promotions and content are delivering on KPI's in a timely and effective manner.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Affiliate Executive:

  • Maintain and manage affiliates and partnerships on a daily basis.
  • Identify and onboard new affiliate partners aligned to the brand positioning.
  • Take charge of the digital marketing sales and marketing budgets for the affiliate channel.
  • Manage affiliate networks to achieve the best exposure, revenue and cost performance across each platform.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to identify opportunities for advantageous B2B partnerships.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders on a daily basis and maximise the potential of each partnership.
  • Regularly report on performance both at an overall and individual partner level.
  • Competitor monitoring and benchmarking.
  • Negotiate contracts and build professional affiliate networks.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Previous experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Experienced in working with external partners.
  • Experienced using relevant advertising platforms.
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced and KPI driven environment.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experienced in a trading environment and able to make fast decisions and actions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
