As an Account Manager, you will be an enthusiastic salesperson with a proven track record, ideally within a B2B setting. Working from home 2 days a week, this role is great for someone looking to take the next step in their career in a varied and exciting industry.

Role and Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

  • Foster strong working relationships with clients to develop key accounts
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g. support) to provide excellent service to customers, solve any issues that may arise, and achieve account targets
  • Hit strategic KPI’s for all accounts you are responsible for
  • Help create a company-wide account planning strategy that encompasses all objectives and milestones throughout the year
  • Continuously monitor customer needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Occasional travel to meet prospective clients will be part of this role
  • Engage in BD processes and support the sales team through these initiatives

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in a sales-focussed role (B2B is beneficial)
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Able to combine analytical decision making with a people-first approach to solve problems and make decisions
  • Organised and able to work to tight time-frames
  • Able to work both independently and in a team setting
  • Commercially astute individual
  • Motivated by achieving targets
