A driven and highly ambitious company is on the hunt for a new Account Manager who puts the client at the forefront of everything that they do! Their mission and values are clearly represented through their brand personality which is a diverse mix that produces high-quality work.

The role includes meeting clients and ensuring a professional tone is kept to mirror the standards the company holds. The successful candidate will also be handling projects and be efficient in ensuring all customer briefs are fully invoiced and tracked.

Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

  • The candidate must provide briefings and training for each induvial project, this training must be memorable and filled with energy but still extremely educational
  • Ensure various projects are neatly organised with invoices, profits and hitting margins
  • The candidate must be constantly forward thinking and planning ways in which to keep such a positive brand image and generate revenue
  • Deal with any issues/queries and ensure they are dealt with effectively and quickly with positive criticism
  • Keep up to date with current trends within the industry
  • Identify areas of opportunity to gain value to the company through service with these clients

Required Skills and Attributes of the Account Manager:

  • A required skill is to already have Field Marketing background
  • The ability to work towards budgets and to be financially aware
  • Communication skills must be very good
  • The candidate must be experienced in using budgets and targets
  • Have the ability to identify customers’ needs and strategically create solutions
  • Have developed and experienced leadership experience with high profile clients and use these skills to drive business proposals
  • Analytical to build insightful reports and data sets
  • To have worked in the marketing department on in-store customer interaction campaigns.
