Our client is one of the most exciting agencies in the UK, and is looking for a talented Account Manager to join them in their modern HQ in Manchester City Centre. Renowned in the industry for their innovative work, they’re always trying to keep one step ahead – offering a dynamic and varied working environment that focuses on employee development.

The Account Manager will handle Client relationships from start to finish, ensuring the best levels of service possible. From finding new business opportunities, to managing multiple ongoing accounts, to providing excellent after sales support – the focus of this role is ensuring the clients goals are met, and even exceeded.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work to uncover new business opportunities from emerging and existing clients alike
  • Develop in depth understandings and deep relationships with your clients to anticipate their needs
  • Work alongside internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard
  • Ensure communication channels with clients are always open – regular monitoring and reporting is vital in order to solve any issues quickly and efficiently
  • Supporting Finance in controlling the budget for each project
  • Regularly present pitches and briefs to clients
  • Ensure all assets and information are organised and coordinated

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role in the Marketing industry
  • Educated to graduate level (Business, Marketing, STEM subjects beneficial)
  • Great communication skills are vital – able to work with multiple teams, clients and stakeholders
  • Organised with great time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial approach to work – proactive, creative, able to problem solve, and passionate about adding value at each touchpoint
