As they continue to grow and gain new business, our client is now on the hunt for a hard-working and extremely motivated Account Manager to join their fun and friendly team! On a daily basis, the successful candidate will be working a strong portfolio of well-established B2B businesses from around the world. As they are specialists in Marketing Automation, our client makes sure that they are the forefront technology which is what sets them apart from their competitors!

The Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

  • Manage key client Marketing Automation projects and ensure that all client expectations are exceeded
  • Liaise closely between the client and the team in order to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standard within the agreed timeframe
  • Build and maintain strong work relationships with clients and be the ‘go-to’ person for any client queries
  • Keep an up-to-date knowledge on the latest industry trends and changes and implement these accordingly

The Key Skills and Attributes Required:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. (some Marketing Automation experience essential)
  • A confident speaker and an excellent communicator.
  • Amazing organisational and time management skills.
  • Great commercial awareness across B2B.
  • An effective reporter and presenter.
  • Ability to work under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
