Account Manager – Manchester City Centre – Up to £34,000 - Agency

Our client is a leading Med-Comm Agency who believe in making healthcare more accessible and engaging! They work with exciting international clients and have seen huge company growth over the last year. You would report to and closely work with an Account Director and also work alongside Design, Animation and Copy teams working on social media campaigns, infographics, animation, photography, graphics and e-book projects!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently communicate and maintain relations with your assigned client accounts
  • Build strong relations with key stakeholders and advise accordingly
  • Manage end-to-end processes of new briefs in a time-efficient manner and to an exceptional standard
  • Ensure the successful delivery of client solutions in line with their needs and objectives
  • Carry out monthly and quarterly progress reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure account status reports are completed accurately 

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years working within an agency environment
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare and clinical trials desired, but not crucial
  • Previous account handling and client services experience
  • Professional and attentive to clients needs and objectives
  • Previous budgeting and reporting experience
  • Ability to identify new client opportunities and pitch to new potential clients
  • Ability to multitask various account management processes
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation ability
